Catering Policy

As one of the most demanding areas of the food industry, a catered occasion is a social event first and an eating event second.  Jezebelles requires adequate time to  make occasions memorable.

The following guidelines enable Jezebelles to provide attention to detail the client deserves:

• Receptions and dinners require minimum 5 day advance guaranteed number of guests.
• Weddings require minimum 14 day advance guaranteed number of guests.  Deposits of 50% and a signed contract guarantee the date.

Invoices reflect the guaranteed number plus any additional uncounted guests, less the deposit.  State sales tax and 15% gratuity is added to invoices.

Cancellations  less than 30 days prior will forfeit the deposit unless Jezebelles is able to book another client for that date, in which half of the deposit will be refunded.  Clients must notify Jezebelles at least 30 days in advance of cancellation or postponement to receive refund of deposit, minus any costs Jezebelles has incurred.
